AMD x86 Open64 Compiler Suite (link)

Autoconf

• AX_CXX_COMPILE_STDCXX false positive with cray compiler

Flang

• character, external and entry cause compilation failure
• dynamic character pointer return function regression
• Arithmetic if statement crashes with 8-byte integers

GCC

• compiler directive to disable warnings:
• email 1
• email 2
• bug report
• surprising warns about transfer with explicit character range
• false positive for -Wuninitialized
• second call to get_environment_variable gives valgrind warning with 8-byte integers
• incorrect reading of values from file on Windows
• valgrind error with optional character argument of unknown length

Global Arrays

• Disable Fortran not working - report was based on mail I wrote to GA mailing list
• Comex OpenIB missing library symbol
• Comex issue with NGA_Put64
• ga-config returns wrong ldflags

Intel Fortran compiler

• line length check
• problem with value attribute with c_ptr
• seg fault regression
• variable with name int conflicts with omp_lib
• ICE with -warn interfaces for entry with dummy argument whose dimension is passed via common

Not my bug report, but I would very much like this to be fixed!

libcint

• cint.h no longer C++ compatible
• missing include of stdint.h

MPICH

• configure failure for g95/gcc build with 1.3.2
• compilation with Portland compilers fails with 1.4rc2
• compilation failure with 32-bit Portland compiler
• configure failure for G95
• failure to build with Pathscale
• wrong link flags with Sun compilers

MXE

• crash on fortran call to open for existing file
• 64-bit blas/lapack library not standard compliant
• cmake does not discover openblas
• update opensuse requirements

openSUSE

• old perl in latex2html
• mailman listinfo page form
• lcov not working due to GCC 4.7
• kernel panic after upgrade to kernel-4-4-136-56-default
• Eigen3Config.cmake incorrect
• latex2html problems with new perl and images
• Add missing Fortran case into macros.mingw64

Portland compilers

• compilation of mpich 3.0.1 fails with on 32-bit machines
• multiple network cards
• compilation failure with pgf90 13.2 on OSX
